Professional Background
Jennifer Lubinski's practice is concentrated in the litigation of complex civil cases, including commercial, bankruptcy, professional negligence, construction and insurance coverage litigation. She has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star by Baltimore Magazine in the areas of professional negligence and general litigation.
Jennifer's first chair trial experience includes the defense of insurance declaratory judgment and bad faith actions; the successful defense of a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Trustee in an adversary proceeding; and the prosecution and defense of malpractice suits concerning tax, medical, real estate, accounting and legal issues.
