Professional Background
Leitess Leitess Friedberg + Fedder, P.C. – founding member of law firm practicing in business organizations, complex finance transactions, commercial finance and equipment leasing, 1992-present. Regularly represents large manufacturers, asset based lenders and equipment leasing companies in negotiation, documentation, litigation, collateral realization, loan collection and lease enforcement. Actively engaged in structured finance, Uniform Commercial Code opinions and bankruptcy.

The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), International Chamber of Commerce rules, insolvency, certificates of title and other laws relating to secured lending, manufacturing and business organizations. |

Lectures extensively on secured transactions and other Uniform Commercial Code topics, as well as bankruptcy to groups that include the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education for Lawyers. |

Chaired the May 2001 Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys (ACFA) continuing legal education weekend on Revised UCC Article 9. |
